About

I am a British-born writer and producer who lives on a plane between New York City and London.

My farce A COMEDY OF MANORS (currently in development for a UK tour) was the best-selling play in the 22-year history of the Adirondack Theatre Festival and Honorable Mention on The Kilroys List. Previous theater work includes JIHAD! The MUSICAL at the Edinburgh Fringe and Jermyn Street Theatre, plus work featured on stages including the York, Lark, Laurie Beechman, D-Lounge, Sage, Primary Stages, etc.

Writing and producing for the screen includes a whole lot of corporate and comedy content, including recently for Citizen Strong, Words Matter Media, GlamSquad, HelloFresh, Framebridge, Coronal Energy, IAF.tv, etc, and writing/developing two comedy half-hour pilots for Sinclair Broadcast Group. Work has been featured on screens including Fright Night Film Fest, H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival, etc; and on digital platforms including Refinery29, Slackjaw, The Mary Sue, Robot Butt, The British Comedy Guide, Funny or Die, Entertainment Weekly, etc.

I was previously EVP of Theatre for Livestyled, a live commerce platform based in London. I am an alumnus of UCLA Professor Emeritus Lew Hunter’s Screenwriting Colony, and of Oxford University. Other memberships include ASCAP, the Dramatists Guild of America, and the BMI Advanced Musical Theatre Writing Workshop.

As well as a variety of clients, current projects include a feature script and a novel about a real-life WW2 spy. When not writing or consulting, I am probably baking, partaking in nerd culture, or hanging out with my splendid British family of birth, and my equally excellent NYC family of choice.
